Health Relay Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Health Relay website, iOS application, and related services.
1. Service Description
Health Relay connects your Fitbit account and syncs selected data into Apple Health on supported iOS devices.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your accounts and granting only the Fitbit and Apple Health permissions you want to use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Health Relay in violation of applicable law.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, credentials, or data.
- Do not interfere with service security, reliability, or normal operation.
4. Third-Party Services
Fitbit and Apple services are provided by third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, and service availability are outside our control.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Health Relay is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Relay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also limit access if these Terms are violated.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Health Relay after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Refunds & Cancellations (App Store)
iOS subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for subscription billing and refunds.
- You can cancel anytime from iOS subscription settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund decisions are handled by Apple, not directly by Health Relay. Submit refund requests at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore Purchases is available in the app for re-linking active purchases.
- If a subscription appears wrong, contact support at healthrelay.app@gmail.com.
